Day 2: first night in Mexico!

We crossed the border. There were lots of police at the border. I was kind of afraid. We drove for a while longer after the border. Then we went to a river and slept there. There was some crazy people driving their truck in the river! Lots of animals came near us for some reason. There were two dogs, one was white and brown, and one was brown and darker brown. There were two donkeys, a bunch of cows, horses, a frog, a pelican, and as Albie says, a flamingo…

We saw lots of creatures! I had a bunch of fun playing in the river. I found a bunch of cool rocks. They were round and some of them were grey, and some were black. Some had stripes on them and some didn’t. Our mom told us a horrible ghost story and I thought I would get nightmares!
